OUR FOOD
Punjabi cuisine at heart.
Food shaped by fire, generosity and the instinct to feed well. Tandoor cooking, slow braises, rich gravies, breads from the clay oven and dishes made for the centre of the table.
From there, the menu travels across India, taking inspiration from regional kitchens, seasons and traditions.

A new chapter. The same spirit.
When My Delhi took stewardship of Itihaas, the intention was not to erase what came before, but to carry its spirit forward with renewed energy and ambition.
The new chapter draws on the confidence of post Independence India, with Punjabi cooking at its heart, a broader view of the country’s regional food traditions, and hospitality shaped around the idea of every guest as a mehmaan.
